30 years from now (part 1)06.03.10

We sit here and talk about in 30 years from now where will we be? We wonder if we pushed ourselves hard enough to give our best everyday. We talk about taking more risks and hoping that when we look back on our photography if it will look better, improved, or different.

We recently read an article from a fellow photographer asking the question, “do you give your all everyday?” It woke us up. It got us back to remembering why we got into photography, why we love it so much. We’ve talked about taking more risks on the blog a bit this year. I always wondered if anyone even read the posts until one of our brides said she liked what we were doing. Then she asked if our style would still be Adam and Imthiaz. It kind of stumped me for words… I know that may be hard to believe, but it did.

We find inspiration from everywhere. Its fashion, television, magazines, or other photographers, we are constantly learning and absorbing ideas. We want to be able to try something new and make it our own. So, this year we decided that we were going to start trying new things. We want our style to stay the same, only better. We’ve been collaborating with new people and we’re loving it. Here’s part 1 from our recent shoot.
